Megan Harding is a Senior Regulations Advisor in the Regulatory and Strategic Affairs Division at the Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FinCEN). Megan's portfolio includes Residential Real Estate implementation, among other regulatory projects related to the Bank Secrecy Act. Prior to joining FinCEN, Megan worked several federal regulatory policies and programs. Megan began her career at the U.S. Department of Justice, where she focused on combatting transnational organized crime and processed treaty-based petitions.  She holds a master’s degree in Conflict Analysis and Resolution from George Mason University.
